1. What does it mean to prepare your mind for action? How do you do that exactly? What action is he referring to?
2. In what one area could you be more self-controlled? How would you increase your self-control?
3. What does it mean to be conformed? Is there any area of your life in which you are conformed to the world’s way of doing something? Be specific. If you are unsure if you are conforming in some area, ask the Holy Spirit to make it clear.

6. What does it mean to be redeemed? How can you be redeemed from an empty way of life?
7. How is it significant for you to value the blood of Christ?
8. How can you, by living a holy and redeemed life, love others differently?
