It appears that truth has become a major casualty in our modern culture. Promises seem to have strings attached and absolute truth appears to have lost its meaning. God’s absolute truth is strongly contrasted by the world’s struggle to define righteousness. This study will help you see how God desires for you to trust more in Him so you can truly know the truth with which He will set you free.

Truth matters yet the general culture of today’s world believes in relative truth. They believe that different people can define truth in different ways and still be correct. The Bible, God’s Word teaches absolute truth. Read 2 Timothy 3:16.
2. Absolute truth has three qualities: (1.) It is internally consistent, it remains true no matter which way you approach it. (2.) It is true for all people in all places at all times. (3.) It has it’s source in the Almighty God, for He is the author of truth. Going deeper, If you were asked to describe absolute truth, what would you say?

The truth of God's word can invade our lives and change our thinking. Consider what "lies" we might believe about ourselves, compared to what the Bible tells us. Think about Eph 1 but consider also Romans 3:21-24
