Set to Jet
Flying around the world doesn’t need to mean jet lag and wrinkled clothes. Here’s how to arrive in good shape for your next business meeting.
- When you pack, roll your clothes into neat bundles instead of folding them
- To reduce the stress of flying, get some exercise before you leave-even by just running up and down the stairs while you pack.
- If you’re crossing time zones, adjust your watch as soon as you board the plane. Then eat and sleep according to your destination’s time zone.
- Pressurized air in the cabin can dry you out. Drink extra water to prevent dehydration.
