Great advice Leonard! When I went on Sabbatical last summer, I did something similar, where I took a day a week to work through my emails and run errands, and took the other 6 days to rest. Opposite of my normal life I guess.
growing up my dad would take the family on vacation away from the normal life going camping or hiking or both, just to get away from normal living from the rest of the year
