June 10: Best Church Ever?
What is the point of church? If it’s to make people feel good, then a lot of modern churches have it right.
I wonder what the first-century Christians would think about a church that is basically a social club? Maybe we should start thinking about church as a verb instead of a noun; something that we actively participate in rather than a place we visit once a week.
Have you had bad experiences with church? Or have you ever felt alone at church? There is actually an important reason why many churches fail: They’re focused on religion rather than on Jesus.

Church!
Church is the people of God.
The place we Worship is where we gather to hear from His Word and minister to others in need.
It is not a social club like, the time I heard that a lady was playing for a record to see how long she can play on the church organ-40 hours.
The money was going to the church, which in one senc=se is okay, but could put it towards something else like missions in the church or Sunday School, something like this.
