Everybody’s a fighter. At any given point, someone is being suited for armor, fighting a battle or putting out a fire. Our wars are different, but our battles are largely the same — especially when it comes to our relationship with God. We even make similar plea bargains: “God, if you give me this, I’ll give you that”. As Christians we know that we never fight our battles alone but sometimes it takes real-life events for it to really kick in. UFC fighter Vitor Belfort was thrown into the ring of fire when his sister got kidnapped. It was through this intense time of trial that Vitor learned what it truly meant to be a fighter.
