    Creamy Chicken over Pasta

    You will need: 2 Chicken breasts, 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 6oz can of Sliced Mushrooms, 1 package of Egg Noodles, 1 onion, and Vegetable Oil.

    To Prepare: Chop 1 cup of onion, and chop chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Place chopped onion into skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil and heat on medium until tender (slightly transparent). Then take the cut chicken and add it to the skillet, cooking until chicken is cooked through. Next stir in the mushrooms and Cream of Mushroom Soup, reduce heat to med-low and simmer 10 mins. Prepare Egg Noodles according to package, and then serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked noodles. Add salt and pepper to taste, also grated parmesan cheese is great sprinkled over this dish.

    Easy Spaghetti with meat sauce

    You will need: 1lb ground beef (extra lean preferred), 1 can diced tomatoes with onions, 1 6oz can of mushrooms, 1 jar of spaghetti sauce (any brand you like), and 1 package Spaghetti noodles.

    To prepare: In a large skillet cook ground beef over medium heat until brown. Drain grease from the skillet and place the cooked beef into a medium sized pot. Add mushrooms, can of diced tomatoes and onions, and spaghetti sauce to the pot and simmer on low heat for 30-45 mins stirring occasionally. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions. To serve, pour sauce over noodles. You can also add salt or garlic salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese to your liking.

    Chicken Quesadillas with flavor

    You will need: 2 chicken breasts, 1 8oz package Mexican blend cheese, 1 can rotel drained, 1 16oz can black beans drained, 1 tbsp ground cumin (optional), 1tbsp vegetable oil, and 1 package of 8″ flour tortillas.

    To prepare: Cut chicken breasts into small pieces add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and cook through in a skillet over medium heat. Next add rotel, black beans, cumin, and Mexican cheese to the skillet stirring until cheese is melted and mix is blended together. Then in another skillet over medium to low heat place flour tortilla and spoon in as necessary the melted mix and top with another flour tortilla. Cook for about 3 mins on each side until each flour tortilla is toasted. To serve, cut into quarters and place on a plate. You can also add salsa, sour cream, and/or shredded lettuce.

    Easier than you think beef stew

    You will need: 1lb beef round pot roast cubed, 1 15oz can sliced new potatoes drained, 1 can tomato soup, 1 can peas drained, 1 can carrots drained, 1 onion chopped, 1 can of sliced mushrooms and 1 can of beer.

    To prepare: In a casserole dish add beef, new potatoes, tomato soup, onion, carrots, and beer. Stir and place in the oven at 300?F for 2 hours. After 2 hours add peas and mushrooms stir, and place back in the over for another 30-45 mins. To serve, place in a bowl. You may want to add salt and pepper to taste.

    Gourmet Grilled Cheese

    You will need: Bread, Butter, Sliced American Cheese, Sliced Swiss Cheese, and Sliced Munster Cheese.

    To prepare: Heat a skillet to medium heat. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place bread into skillet butter side down. Top with one slice of American, Swiss, and Munster cheese. Top Cheese with other slice of bread butter side up. Cook on each side until bread is toasted about 3 mins on each side, press down on each side to hold sandwich together. To serve, place on a plate and garnish with a pickle.

    Ramen Chicken Vegetable Noodle Soup

    You will need: 1 package chicken ramen noodles, 1 chicken breast cut into small bite sized pieces, 1 can of mixed vegetables, and 1 tbsp vegetable oil.

    To prepare: In a skillet add 1tbsp vegetable oil and cut chicken, cook over medium heat until cooked through. Add mixed vegetables undrained and simmer for 10 mins over med-low heat. Cook ramen noodles according to package in a large pot. Once ramen noodles are cooked add contents of skillet to the pot and stir. To serve place in a bowl, a little hot sauce adds zest. You can also substitute beef for chicken as long as you use beef flavored ramen noodles.

    Hamburger steak over garlic mashed potatoes

    You will need: 1lb ground beef (preferably lean beef), 2lbs new potatoes, chopped green onions, 1/2 stick of butter, 1 package of brown gravy mix, 1 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of milk, and Garlic Salt.

    To prepare: Mold ground beef into 3 patties. Place patties into a large skillet and cook through over medium heat. Next place new potatoes into a large pot and cover with water. Boil on high heat for about 45 mins and drain. Leave new potatoes in the pot and add 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 stick of butter, chopped green onions, and 3tbsp of garlic salt. Mix all of this with a beater until considered mashed. If a beater is unavailable then use a fork (the new potatoes should be tender enough to do this). Finally follow the directions on the gravy mix. To serve spoon some potatoes onto a plate, put a patty on top of them and pour the gravy over all of this. As always add salt and pepper to taste.

    Great Grilled Burgers

    You will need: 2lbs ground beef, 1/2cup Italian dressing, 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1tbsp salt, 1tbsp pepper, and 1 egg beaten (optional)

    To prepare: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and patty. Makes 5 to 7 burgers. Throw on the grill and cook to your liking. To serve toast the buns and top however you like your burger.

    Great Grilled Kabobs

    You will need: 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 tbsp garlic salt, beef sirloin or chicken cut into 1 inch cubes, 1 bell pepper cut into cubes, 1 onion cut into cubes, 1 package of whole mushrooms, and skewers.

    To prepare: Mix all ingredients in a zip lock bag, shake, and marinate for at least 4 hours. Skewer the meat and vegetables. Cook on the grill over medium heat until cooked through. Serve over rice.

    Impress a Date Pasta

    You will need: 2 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces, 1 onion chopped, 1 red bell pepper chopped, 1 small jar of sliced Spanish olives, 1 6oz can of sliced mushrooms drained, 2tbsp garlic salt, 1tbsp pepper, 1/2 stick of butter, 1 jar of alfredo sauce, and 1 package of tri-colored rotini noodles (makes the dish look impressive).

    To prepare: Over med-low heat in a skillet melt the butter and add onion, red bell pepper, mushrooms, and 1/2 jar of Spanish olives with 2tbsp of olive juice. Simmer for 15 mins stirring. Then add garlic salt, pepper and chicken and continue to cook until chicken is cooked through stirring. Prepare noodles according to the package directions. In a bowl mix all the ingredients and stir. This is a colorful and impressive dish with a lot of taste. You may want to add or subtract ingredients to your liking. Top with parmesan cheese.

    Saturday Morning Breakfast

    You will need: 46oz tomato juice, 2tbsp prepared horseradish, 2 tbsp pepper, 2 tbsp salt, 1/2 jar of sliced Spanish olives, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 10 drops of hot sauce.

    To prepare: Pour out about 1/8 of the tomato juice. Add all ingredients and shake. To serve, mix with vodka over ice and enjoy the rest of the day.
